Typo error , Bug
If you look at a pirate fleet in the galaxy tab and then activate the tooltip - "Battle experience" it shows +1% attack, shields and defend per level.
Right is 0.1% per level. This is wrong in the english, russia and german version of the game.

This award can be exchanged for fleet award. It is issued for assistance in addressing bugs in game.
