This game was full of exciting adventures once, but now the game has become so boring. The have reduced pirate fleets, so we purchase hydarian crystals more and more. Nothing else to do. After scanning more than 500 systems i just found two pirates. This will take months to develop a single planet. Totally Unfair...!!! 

I agree with you. Now very low Pirate fleets. IT also make dangerous to go after them specially most players try to catch debris with other players ....

reducing pirates made that game horrible .

actualy pirates got increased in numbers spawn location only reduced cause we had 9 planets in a system empty al filed with pirates that was bad since if you decided to go to any you would meet an enemy 100%

speaking of pirates. is there a system, if you attack with large army they run?
now i had 4th time when pirates disappear about minute before battle. that sucks....

Because pirate is a bot, in fact the free resources that should provide only start playing the players initial resources and teaching military arts. Instead, they are destroyed by anyone, but not noobs.

Hi. I too am having problems with pirate fleets.  

1) I cant find many. And when I do find them they are so far away. I either cant get there at all. Or it will take forever to actualy get there. A few times after hours of travleing the pirate was suddenly gone when my fleet arrrived. All that time wasted.

I know there is a quest about defeating pirate fleets worth 100 pts.  Most of the fleets I find are worth thousands of points. Way outside my level.  And how do I know my progress? Othere than taking pen and paper how do I know if I have destroyed one fleet from each of these pirates?

Also why do I not get any ponts for fighting the pirate fleets. Or anything else really.  I have been on hundreds of raids of plannets and had dozens of battles. But I never get any actual points for these. So I am still level one for space combat and raiding.  What am I doing wrong?

I am facing same issue here to find pirate... their locations too far to me before I got there they disappeared... these are making it hard to complete the quest...

Pls, someone give us good reason why these are like this?

I do not find pirates in the area, to gather resources and to evolve. From this point I need for every two months to collect all the resources to upgrade one mine. So next year I will gather resources to upgrade my mines. Still the depletion is faster than the development, it means that in the next two years I will be able to grow. We relay need bigger pirates around each player in order to have something to do.

There are Pirates and they are numerous with varied levels of strengths & resource values. Regarding their periodicity in spawning, that is set by an algorithm from admin/balance (as I understand it). One should consider that this is a cooperative, strategic & long term gaming experience to expecting rapid results or immediate satisfaction does not happen (save at the beginning of your adventure). These are just my observations (regarding numbers of Pirates) since my start.

idk as it was by 2016 .. but while started play by 2017 - there were a lot pirate fleets all around .. but those fleets are meaningless for beginners ..
