With emission of PSI-waves you can affect the Xerj race: it allows you to add them to the alliance, friends, and use Xerj's exchange network. It affects the speed of movements of enemy's swarms to your planet, slowing their movement by 10% per level (a compound percent). But it can be destroyed in an ordinary battle.
it says clearly in order to befriend a xerz race player you need it so i builded one but after i did do that i heard that some1 friend a xerj without neither the xerj had hes special building nor the other teran had that so i ask is that description a bug?>
