Screenshot shows that Proba3 set a bounty on Warlof from Alliance Ukraine.
I guess he wanted to punish Warlof.
BUT
 
Warlof let a Member of his own Alliance do moonshoots.
So Proba3 (Warlofs enemy)   pays for Warlof Moonshoots.
To explain: WhoDaBest is also Alliance Ukraine. He left Alliance just to do
some Moonshoots.

I think this is not correct. Admins should think about to change rules of
bounty hunting or no one will post bounty again.

This should result in a bann. But of course I do not have to decide that.

Well, lets write all people with bounty on Head, if they want a moonshoot.
That would have much positive effects for them.
bounty hunting time is fast over,
they have one or more moon more.
It hurts the one wich payed the bounty.
The one who attacks gets fighting points and HC.

But I do not think it should be the way to play here.
Admins should think about it.
