Hi,

it seems that the defensive matrix isn't working on Xerj units.

But the description itself does NOT say that there are any pre-requisite skills that are necessary to use it. For the remaining skills of the science vessel the description says that there are pre-requisites you need to use those skills. But not for the defensive matrix. So it should work on Xerj units aswell!!
