In case of transport's mission of some resources to a coordinates, it was an option before, a long-long time ago, some magic input box, where you had a chance to provide a nickname of lucky recipient. And it was some option for an emergency help for somebody who stuck without a vespen. It looks as no such of this magic input box anymore... It looks as no way to provide any help... It looks as our developers fucks us a one more time. Probably, without any bad ideas, just by the way. What's a pity.   

Update: some people told me that this magic box will be visible if you select somebody in a galaxy observation page as a "transport to". But this fucking box wouldn't be visible when you try to send something directly from a shipyard. That's is our game reality.

Update #2: that magic input box was useful when you send your fleet from a shipyard screen. But this box become a dummy useless when you selected someone as a delivery target from a galaxy view. You already did your selection, isn't it?

and you just found out about it? it will always be there.

It WAS there in old interface, in all screens. But it wouldn't be available to you from the shipyard screen anymore.
