Xerg Ripper taking up more Vespene than required

Description:
I have level 3 Ripper
It produces 1238 vespene per hour or 29,712 per day.
The gun on the ripper is activated, so it needs 15 vespene per shot, with a shot period of 60 seconds, thats 1440 shots per day which require 21,600 vespene per day.
After a few days of firing the gun automatically stops because "Not enough vespene" which is some bull.
This has been going on a lot longer than the introduction of the bAlAnCeD vIsIbIlItY uPgRaDe.
Actions required to repeat the problem:
Have a level 3 Ripper
Be producing more vespene than needed for the gun

With a starting amount of 70k, there should be a surplus of 8112 vesp for each day, for 5.9422 days from the 28th(22:02:20) to the 3rd(20:39:40), this means the amount of vesp in storage should be ~118,379 but it is 200,820 which means that there has been an addition of ~21,985 vesp per day
