Dear Alliance Leaders!

Apparently, everyone hasn't noticed and is happy that we have fewer visibility rights than the overseers...
The concept behind this innovation was very interesting, but I expected it to be less harsh on alliance members. However, the implementation has once again disappointed.

So, the question for everyone is: was this intended or a bug?
