Ok, here some numbers.
An additional nagibator can spawn with chance from 10% to 50%. System with lowest production has lowest 10%, systems with higher production has 50%.
So the [1:62:0] has the highest chance - 50%. Production of this system is very high towards all others systems.
Second one, for example, has max ~36% chance for additional nagibator.

In the morning there https://xcraft.ru/galaxy/100:550/ were 2 relicts, so probably one appeared in the night and one in 4.30
Is there another example of such system or it is absolutely number 1 in the game? The owner would by proud :D

I just added some additional logs for Relict`s fleets sending. It will help to find system with additional nagibator.

Hello, here some information based on new logs I added yesterday.

#1 - Two portal`s arrived to two new systems. After this event there is no additional nagibator (low chance)
#2 - Two portal`s arrived to two new systems.
#3 - An additional nagibator was sent to the lucky system. As you see the time gap is ~42 min (https://xcraft.ru/galaxy/9:276/)

I hope you see that there is no bug. If you not agree you can reopen this topic instead of creation new one.
