I understand and agree with a pirate dominating a planet and taking a tribute.

What I don't agree with is applying that tribute to all nearby objects,

especially when those nearby objects belong to another player,

who is not being dominated by the pirate in any manner.

Anyone who attacks the pirate is paying a tribute - that's just wrong!!! 😡
