I have a question: How is it possible to restore health on OPS? Thank you for all the advice.

For Toss,
Basic Structure cannot be repaired / healed. You can only make stronger structure by this way,
Increase:
1. Domes / shields (most effective)
2. Buildings (mid effective)
3. Defence (low effective)
